Just in time for Valentine's Day! Love Letters by A.R. Gurney was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 1989. The story is told through the letters exchanged by a pair of "star-crossed lovers" who are hardly Romeo and Juliet, but who share correspondence from the ages of 7 into their late 50s. They share their dreams, disappointments and all the victories and defeats which make up a life. It is a lovely play, funny and touching and relatable, and a nice fit for Valentine's Day.
