Patrol responds to tractor-trailer, train collision The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded late Sunday night to a report of a collision between a tractor-trailer and a BNSF Railway train in southern Buchanan County. A Troop H spokeswoman told the News-Press that units had arrived on the scene shortly after 10 p.m. at the railroad tracks in the vicinity of U.S. Highway 59 and Missouri Highway 45 in southern Buchanan County.
